Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas to all that read my blog.  It has been fun interacting with you this year.  Thank you for your kind comments that have uplifted me so.  May you feel the love of our Heavenly Father as you spend time with your families and think of His wonderful gift to us, His son Jesus Christ.

Getting ready to leave the chapel.  We all piled onto Shaun Starke's HUGE truck.  He had strapped down all the chairs and there was strapping on the sides, but I was really terrified.

Logan wasn't too happy about going on the truck.  He was very worried about the safety of the children.

Last Saturday we went as a family to General Supply to stock up on baking goods.  I have a lot of cookies to make for Christmas.

On Monday we decided to go visit my mom before she goes on holiday.  We stopped off at KFC for an ice cream.

 The children spent most of the day swimming. Little fishes..

 I helped my mom make fruit cake.  Now I know her secret recipe :)

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas

 On Monday we put up our Christmas tree and decorations.  We always play some festive music and everyone gets a turn to decorate.

 This year is proving to be quite a challenge with Jesse around.  This afternoon I went outside and found some decorations on the driveway.  The bottom of the tree is bare.

This glass vase is filled with decorations that I have found lying around.  "Don't touch"  is Jesse's most repeated phrase.

Aidan loves to bake with me in the kitchen.  We try to make something once a week together.
